Logging ~ getting healthy

I was just reading 101 Running Tips (found on Pinterest) and saw that one of the tips they mention is to keep a log of workouts. I think this will be a good motivator for a day when I don’t feel like working out, if I can see how much I’ve done.

June 5th – Stanford Dish walk
June 11th – 7.5 miles hike/run at Windy Hill, Portola Valley
June 12th – 60 min. spin class
June 13th – 3.98 miles on Alpine Rd, Portola Valley
June 16th – 5k trail race
June 20th – 3.2 miles in Portola Valley, Los Trancos area
June 21st – 3.2 run on treadmill
June 22nd – 3.9 miles in Portola Valley, Los Trancos area
June 24th – 3.2 miles in Portola Valley, Los Trancos area; 1.82 miles at Sequoia HS track
June 25th – 20 min. hill work on treadmill (one minute 6-7% incline, one minute flat, slow jog) & 30 min. elliptical
June 26th – 60 min. spin class
